Belgrade 03 August 2012; iStreetLight Ltd, an innovative Energy Saving Company and Smart City solution provider and IRITEL a Serbian and regional leading manufacturer and assembler of the electronic devices for the telecommunication industry today announced that they are signed a Business cooperation agreement related to mass production of xCube, an innovative, patent-pending product of iStreetLight. The xCube is a SMART electronic device created and firstly produced as prototype by the iStreetLight R&D team. With xCube device installed on urban infrastructure element, for example street lamp, lamp becomes intelligent and interactive terminal connected to iStreetLight Cloud Platform.
Belgrade 14 May 2012; iStreetLight Ltd today announced that it has signed a Financing Agreement with the Serbian Innovation Fund regarding the award in the Fund’s first call for proposals under its EU IPA – Mini Grants Program launched in December 2011.
In a highly-competitive call for proposals the Innovation Fund’s independent Investment Committee selected iStreetLight Ltd a spin-off and start-up company of ePlus Systems Ltd, to receive financial grants as a seed capital to support commercializing their technologies.
